User Agreements

As an Individual property owner, I agree to the following statements:
  • At the time of receiving a "booking", your guest will pay an industry-low booking fee of just 3%, while you, as the owner, agree to cover the guest's 2.8% credit/debit card processing fee. Vamp only passes through the exact amount that we are being charged by Yapstone (the payment processor) without any markup.
  • Processing of rental payments will take place within 48 hours of guest check-in. Disbursement will appear in owner’s account within 3 to 5 business days of the processing date.
