Nice waterfront 4 BR, 3 BA condo overlooking the Indian River in the quiet golf community of Bethany Bay. This top, third floor end unit (no elevator) offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level, with eat-in kitchen, dining area, and living space. A spiral stair leads you to the 2nd floor which offers 2 additional bedrooms and a 3rd full bath. Only 4.5 miles to Bethany Beach Totem Pole and the Ocean. Situated on the shore of the Indian River Bay in Ocean View, Delaware. There are breathtaking views from the deck and surrounding windows of sunsets and sunrises as the sky turns every color of the rainbow. The Indian River Bridge shines blue at night, along with lights of white, green and red from boats coming back in from a day on the water. The area is teaming with marine birds, wildlife, and at times, large groups of dolphins get very close to our private inlet. The activity on the community pier and boat ramp within close proximity is a sight to see from our deck as children crab and fish and accompany their parents in boats out to the river and through the inlet which enters the ocean. Watching people on the river as they paddle board and ski and pull children and the young at heart on rafts is a real pleasure. No smoking.
