Five bedrooms and three baths located on the second level with an open den and wet bar, TV and nice deck. On the top floor is a very large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area. Half bath and master suite also on this level. Deck and screened porch and spiral stairs lead to nice sun deck. Ping pong table under house and corn hole. Only a half block to the beach! . No smoking.
