Ground level features a play area, kids bedroom complete with arcade games, hall bath and laundry area. The main floor (2nd floor) hosts an en-suite bedroom, powder room, kitchen, dining, living, screened porch, and pool. Top floor consists of 4 more bedrooms, 3 baths, balconies overlooking the pool and an additional laundry area. No smoking.
