– Cleaning supplies in quantities sufficient to last rental season under normal use.
– The cleaning supplies and garage items are provided gratis and not guaranteed and will not be replenished, replaced, or repaired.
– Parking: 2 + 2 parking passes (Garage is for storage use only, NO PARKING)
