The summer shuttle to the beach runs in the area and even stops close to the house on the way back from the beach, but do not be surprised to see beachgoers of all ages walking or cycling past.
Owners have provided a lot of extras for your outdoor enjoyment as well. In the covered garage, you will find a ventilated play area with 3 bicycles and a Razor scooter, (plus helmets!), games (Bocce, Hula-hoops, sandcastle kits), a picnic table, and benches, 6 beach chairs, sun umbrellas plus a beach cart. Simply leave all equipment back in its its appointed space after use.
After a relaxing day by the beach, you can rinse off at the hot/cold outdoor shower and sink, with convenient drying racks.
