Beautiful and spacious, this four bedroom four-and-a-half bath plus den townhouse in the stunning Sunset Island community will be just the place to bring the whole family for a vacation they won’t soon forget. As soon as you step foot inside, the entry will welcome you with a comfortable denbedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room that will allow everyone to pack light and wash dirty clothes during your stay. On the main level you will find an oversized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a double-wall oven, an island with seating and storage, and a separate dining area with a huge dining table just ready to host formal dinner or game nights with the whole gang. Off the kitchen, there is a screened in porch filed with natural light and fresh air to relax or sip a morning coffee in bliss. When days heat up, there will be no better way to cool off than heading over to the shared pool or walking to the beach mere minutes away!

When it is time to ht the hay, the main suite features a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and shower stall. Two more bedrooms and full bathrooms are also on this level. The top floor features the large bonus loft bedroom with a separate seating area, a full bath and a private balcony.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are 70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following January 1 – April 30 and October December 31 100. May 1 – May 25 150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 200. September 8 – September 30 150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

Should you have any concerns, the Sunset Island management office is open daily from 8 a.m. until 430 p.m.
The office is located at the Clubhouse, 1 Beach Side Drive
In season, the clubhouse is open daily 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Our pools are open 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Off season, the Clubhouse hours are posted in the Clubhouse lobby.

Rental Guest understands that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults 25 and over. Rental guest also understands that all adult guests, upon request by Vacasa or Building staff, shall produce photo identification. You will certify that you have read carefully the limitations placed on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, and agree to abide by such limitations if not, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Any noise complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis. Any use of the rental property for a purpose other than residential use for a family vacation must be approved by Vacasa.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee USD with the following costs, plus tax if applicable
0-0 bedrooms 60 for stays 1-3 nights, 15 per night for stays 4 nights.
1 bedrooms 60 for stays 1-3 nights, 15 per night for stays 4 nights.
2 bedrooms 80 for stays 1-3 nights, 20 per night for stays 4 nights.
3 bedrooms 100 for stays 1-3 nights, 25 per night for stays 4 nights.
4 bedrooms 100 for stays 1-3 nights, 25 per night for stays 4 nights.
5 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
6 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
7 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.
8 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.
5 or more bedrooms 16 per night

A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer if permitted.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 2,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 2,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
