This home is just steps from the private walking and bike path that encircles the island and is less than a block from a private bayfront beach one of the three private beaches in Sunset Island. Put your feet up and relax while you’re here! Guests can enjoy two furnished balconies with partial bay views for outside relaxation, plus plenty of room inside for gathering with the whole family. You’ll love the spacious dining room table, the full kitchen with granite countertops and high-end appliances, and the big center island that makes mealtimes easy and elegant. The kitchen is filled with lots of little touches and upgrades for complete convenience on your vacation, such as extra kitchenware and lots of countertop appliances. Additional luxuries include Free WiFi, quality furnishings, seven TVs, an outdoor shower, and parking for up to three vehicles. You’ll be located just five blocks from the ocean, local dining, mini-golf, OC transportation, and shopping venues. This is a home you will want to visit year after year!

Sunset Island on 67th St. is Ocean City’s premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Positioned only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. The facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and you’ll be just a short drive from the Ocean City boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are 70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following January 1 – April 30 and October December 31 100. May 1 – May 25 150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 200. September 8 – September 30 150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.
– Property Specific terms

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee with the following costs, plus tax if applicable

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 2,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 2,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
