There is also a kitchen island with four bar stools for extra dining space, perfect for quick breakfasts or meals on the go.

Lounge in the inviting living room area while the central AC cools down the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The living room offers a three-person sofa along with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku and Youtube TV. There is also a stackable washerdryer combo in case things get sandy. Kick back on the balcony off the main bedroom while you stream some tunes with the free WiFi and sip an ice-cold beverage in the warm ocean air. The home is all one level located on the first floor of the building. The building is elevated however so guests will need to climb 18 steps to get to the home’s door to access the condo.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by the Company’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
