Welcome to Topridge! This cozy rancher is centrally located – close to all the wonderful attractions that Chincoteague has to offer. Main Street, with its charming shops and restaurants, as well as Chincoteague’s main drag, Maddox Boulevard, are both less than a mile away. Or, you can head to Veterans Memorial Park – a great site for fishing, crabbing, and boating. Chincoteague’s beautiful beach is just a short drive – or a bike ride – away, and other pony attractions – such as the carnival grounds and Chincoteague Pony Centre – are nearby, too!. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee’s). $75 (per pet) will be added to your reservation.
While Topridge is close to all the action, the house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, set back from the road for added privacy. Topridge is a relaxing, dog friendly retreat. This three bedroom (1 queen, 1 full, and a bunk room with one full and two twins), two full bathroom house offers an open floor plan with an inviting living, dining, and kitchen space. We also have a bonus sun porch. Our huge screened-in porch with areas for dining and lounging is a great place to relax after a day of fun. We offer a spacious, fenced in yard (six feet tall for anyone with jumpers!) that backs up to a wooded lot. Your furry friends can enjoy some sunbathing or chase after a tennis ball. We would love to host you in our home away from home!
