Boasting 3 bedrooms + cozy den (sleeps 8), this multi-deck home includes a screened porch with picnic table, multiple sun decks with lounge furniture, and a newly remodeled primary bathroom (photos coming May 2025). Enjoy quality bedding throughout, a large outdoor shower with dressing area, and access to all that Cotton Patch Hills has to offer: tennis, pickleball, and even a community marina — so bring your boat!
Need more space? Add the bonus 4th ground-floor bedroom with 2 twins + either 2 more twins or a king for $500/week (note: this room may have a mild odor on humid days due to original pilings — no refunds).
