For excellent wildlife viewing check out the Assawoman Wildlife Area 8.4 miles. And to immerse yourself in the art, dance, and music of the area, make the quick drive to the Freeman Arts Pavilion 8.7 miles.

When you first walk inside your stay, you’ll notice that extreme detail was put into every little aspect of this townhome, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. The main living area boasts ample, plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. The nearby kitchen is well-equipped with its delightful breakfast nook, and plentiful counter space for meal prep.

The primary bedroom is the perfect place for you to relax after a day spent exploring the town. Unwind in the en suite bathroom either in the large, soaking tub or in the equally impressive walk-in shower. Your mind will be at ease knowing that little comforts such as having access to a private washerdryer, and central air-conditioning are at your fingertips.

Outside, appreciate your private balcony, as you watch the sun appear in the sky come morning. And come afternoon utilize the shared tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and fitness center. End your day gathering with those you love, as you prepare a delicious meal on the private grill, and discuss all of the fun memories you’ve cumulated thus far.

THINGS TO KNOW
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is 45 per person per week or 25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 – May 14 is 30 per person per week or 20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option Daily passes are 10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis M-F excluding holidays starting at 900 a.m.. No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Streaming services are available with guests own accounts.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.
– Property Specific terms
Delaware Cancellation Policy Within the first 24 hours of booking, you can
cancel your trip for a full refund. Rental payments are fully refundable less
the amount of Vacasas booking fee, which is earned on receipt and becomes
nonrefundable 24 hours after booking for cancellations received 30 or more
days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refund will be
granted for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night
of your reservation. If you purchase travel insurance, you must file a claim
with the insurance carrier.

This agreement is between you and Vacasa Delaware LLC, acting for itself
and for the owner. You will be sent a lease agreement within 24 hours which
must be filled out, signed, and returned.

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver
fee USD with the following costs, plus tax if applicable

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the
Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long
as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage
Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and
minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized
rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO
CHECK OUT.

The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by
smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the
Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000.
Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will
be charged to the Renter’s credit card.

The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is
not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability
coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
