Set in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this classic home has all of the comforts and conveniences you need to relax after full days at the beach. You won’t have to go far for endless fun, as everyone will love heading over to the clubhouse to take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, play a few sets of tennis, or work up a sweat at the fitness facility. Any downtime spent at home base will be a blast too, with a formal dining area to reminisce over a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. Plus, the living area is complete with tall ceilings, plush furnishings, and a TV to stream your favorite movies and shows. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay. Step out to the enclosed patio for a glass of wine or an afternoon of reading your new novel.

When it comes to hitting the hay, the layout of this home will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise. The first floor features the living area, kitchen, access to the patio, and the main bedroom boasting a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. Head upstairs and find another lounging area with a TV and three bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds, and the other two have queen beds.

Though you will have everything you need to have an unforgettable vacation right at your fingertips with the clubhouse nearby, venture out into Ocean View and you will find a wide variety of local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within a mile of home base. When a beach day is on the agenda, make your way to Bethany Beach three miles and experience the miles of pristine sand and emerald blue water.

All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 1000 p.m. to 800 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is 45 per person per week or 25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 – May 14 is 30 per person per week or 20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option Daily passes are 10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis M-F excluding holidays starting at 900 a.m.. No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.
– Property Specific terms
Delaware Cancelation Policy Within the first 24 hours of booking, you can cancel your trip for a full refund. Rental payments are fully refundable less the amount of Vacasas booking fee, which is earned on receipt and becomes nonrefundable 24 hours after booking for cancellations received 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refund will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation. If you purchase travel insurance, you must file a claim with the insurance carrier.

This agreement is between you and Vacasa Delaware LLC, acting for itself and for the owner. You will be sent a lease agreement within 24 hours which must be filled out, signed, and returned.

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee with the following costs, plus tax if applicable

2 bedrooms 80 for stays 1-3 nights, 20 per night for stays 4 nights.

5 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
6 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
7 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.
8 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.. Maximum Fee 250

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
