Public boat launch nearby (decals for boat launch area at town office) so plenty of room for the boat or launch a kayak. Large dining area, laundry room with nice size washer/dryer and front and screened back porch. This is a great home for enjoyable island living. Dog only, 2 dog limit. $ 75 non-refundable pet fee.
