As a part of the Millville by the Sea community, you’ll have access to a shared pool, basketball court, fitness center, and game room.

Boasting all of the homey features you love, the interior of your stay boasts an open-concept layout and plenty of space for your loved ones. The living room’s ample seating, electric fireplace, and smart TV lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen is well-suited to host all of your culinary ventures. A large dining table and breakfast bar are available for your meals. A screened patio is also available on the main level.

The second floor features the primary en suite bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom. The third level opens into a spacious family room with another comfortable TV area and a board game table.

For a 125 per rental period Rental Amenity Fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over four. There is a 100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a 50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Guests must return the registration form to access amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– 2 dogs, weighing 150lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.

For a 150 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a key fob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five amp under do not require a wristband.

Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over the age of five. Up to 2 additional wristbands may be rented by renters for 50 per band. There is a 100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a 50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities. During the summer season, a guest registration must be completed in order to purchase the community amenities. The community charges a 150 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. You will be sent this information for completion shortly after booking. You MUST complete the information and return as soon as possible.
