This newly built gem in the Ocean View Beach Club community offers plenty of space to spread out and truly relax, while also offering a wonderful locale near attractions and dining establishments. Sip morning coffee on the covered front patio with seating for two, and then take a short drive for fun-filled days at the sparkling coast! For sunny days on the shoreline, head approximately two miles to the beach. Boaters will appreciate having Assawoman Canal nearby for days on the water. You’ll be within a short drive to Bethany Beach, a wide variety of restaurants, and local boutiques.
Detailed with wood floors and high ceilings, the great room offers a wonderful gathering place for movie and game nights. Watch favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV. A second living area provides another place to relax, furnished with two couches. Upstairs, a third living area is furnished with a sofa bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The gorgeous kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and ample countertop space. When meals are ready, gather at the table.

The fireplace is not operational.
The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is 38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using amenities, including the pools, ClubhouseFitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Certain shared amenities may be unavailable due to state and local rules and regulations.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

Delaware Cancelation Policy Within the first 24 hours of booking, you can cancel your trip for a full refund. Rental payments are fully refundable less the amount of Vacasas booking fee, which is earned on receipt and becomes nonrefundable 24 hours after booking for cancellations received 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refund will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation. If you purchase travel insurance, you must file a claim with the insurance carrier.
This agreement is between you and Vacasa Delaware LLC, acting for itself and for the owner. You will be sent a lease agreement within 24 hours which must be filled out, signed, and returned.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
