Talk about beautiful sunsets – you have the perfect spot to catch them all. SunnyG’s is just over one mile from the front door to the famous Ocean City boardwalk. If you are a biking enthusiast, make sure to bring your bike along and enjoy cool summer morning breezes while riding over the Route 50 bridge up to the boardwalk, where you are permitted to ride directly on the boardwalk daily until noon between June 15th and September 3rd, and all day for the rest of the year. This is only one of the perks making this a convenient location for this townhome and the perfect choice for a family getaway! You’ll be within minutes of West Ocean City attractions like the Tanger Outlets and Baja Amusement, where you can get your adrenaline going while speeding around on go-karts, or maybe mini-golf is more your speed – we have that too! Also included for your enjoyment is complimentary on-site pool access, which adds an extra layer of sun-soaked fun to your visit.

The townhome is a model of contemporary coastal design. It comes well-appointed with all the modern essentials, including a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, a private washerdryer, and free WiFi. It conveys multiple balconies that offer your choice of outdoor venues for coffee or cocktails. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level and include a queen size primary suite with a walk-in closet, a private bath with a double vanity, a hair dryer, and an oversized shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a large bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a twin on the upper level. The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a vanity sink and a showertub combo. For your convenience, the washing machine and dryer are on this level. There is a powder room on the main level just off the dining room and another full bathroom with a shower stall on the entry level great for rinsing the sand off after a day at the beach.

Seaside Village is conveniently close to many of Ocean City’s best attractions. Buses run all day in season, so you can leave your car and ride into town, a great way to avoid traffic and parking hassles. Dozens of great restaurants are within a short walking distance just a few blocks away Hooper’s Crab House, Outback Steakhouse, Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House amp Sushi Bar, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, OC Eateries, a Wine Bar amp Bistro, Dumser’s Ice Cream, Bad Monkey, Mickey Finn’s, and more.

The surrounding area has a fun mix of things to do. Assateague Island’s state and national parks are just a short drive away. Make sure to visit either of the parks, where you can get up close to the island’s resident wild ponies and other native wildlife and enjoy pristine, uncrowded beaches, picnic areas, hiking trails, and more. Seaside Village is also a short drive from Ocean Downs Casino, premier golf courses, and some of the area’s freshest seafood – brought in daily from local fishing docks. We mentioned that Hooper’s Crab House is within walking distance as one of the many restaurants to choose from, but it also offers jet ski and boat rentals – that’s right, all within walking distance from your coastal oasis.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
