Situated in the premier resort community of Sunset Island, this fabulous townhome offers an ideal Midtown location only three blocks from the beach and close to shops and great dining options. The community itself features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, three private beaches, a clubhouse, boat slips, a crabbing pier, the Island Cafe and Pool Bar, a general store, an interactive fountain, and 24-hour security with gated access.

Furnished for total family comfort, the four-story interior comes equipped with all the home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washerdryer. The main floor is perfectly designed for household living, with features including an open layout furnished decks off either side of the home. Sip coffee and cocktails on one of the decks and enjoy casual downtime with shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The third-floor primary suite includes private perks like a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. There’s also a balcony outside of the fourth-floor bunk room.

The immaculate, stainless steel kitchen comes appointed with everything you need for easy meal planning, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 1000 PM to 800 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following January 1 – April 30 and October December 31 100. May 1 – May 25 150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 200. September 8 – September 30 150.
Six facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for 70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 September 30 will have an additional 25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee USD with the following costs, plus tax if applicable

2 bedrooms 80 for stays 1-3 nights, 20 per night for stays 4 nights.
3 bedrooms 100 for stays 1-3 nights, 25 per night for stays 4 nights.
4 bedrooms 100 for stays 1-3 nights, 25 per night for stays 4 nights.
5 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
6 bedrooms 120 for stays 1-3 nights, 30 per night for stays 4 nights.
7 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.
8 bedrooms 140 for stays 1-3 nights, 35 per night for stays 4 nights.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
