This coastal beauty is part of the renowned Sunset Island Resort, a gated community that boasts numerous on-site amenities and services, including three private beaches on the bay, an on-site restaurant with tables in the sand The Sunset Island Grill that offers pool service for drinks and food, plus hosts live music up to five times a week, an outdoor pool with a separate baby pool overlooking one of the bay beaches, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. It also hosts events including boot camp, yoga on the beach, Yappy Hour, and family-friendly movies on the beach.

This family-friendly, 24-hour guarded community enjoys a secluded location on the little island of Sunset Island, which is just off the barrier island of Ocean City and surrounded by Assawoman Bay. You are just a short half-mile walk on sidewalks to the Atlantic Ocean’s white sand beaches. Watersports enthusiasts will find a kayak and paddleboard rental just outside the front guard gate and a marina where pontoon boats and jet skis are easily rented. Encircling Sunset Island is a gorgeous one-mile nature walk, paved with crushed clam shells. Discover well-stocked grocery stores, amazing nearby restaurants all walkable, mini-golf, frozen yogurt, and ice cream parlors.

This fourth-floor home away from home enjoys a mid-century modern vibe and an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the circular MCM sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening at home, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The living area opens onto a balcony that overlooks the fountain, which has a gorgeous pond and adjacent dancing fountains that children love to play in and fathers usually slip on. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef’s apron and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the modern kitchen featuring Corian countertops and all the appliances and equipment to cook up magic.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable, brand-new hybrid foamspring mattress in MCM surrounds, a large-screen smart TV, and black-out curtains with modern Marimekko floor-to-ceiling curtains, covering the second set of sliding glass doors open to the balcony. The en suite bathroom features a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks. Additional on-site perks include a washerdryer and central AC.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

– Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
– No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
– The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
– All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
– If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
– No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
– No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
– Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

– Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to 3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds 3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of 3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter’s credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
