Pet friendly, sleeps 8 and located off of East Side Road on Pointer Lane and boasts an acre of land. Peeks of Assateague Island and the channel are found from the yard and upper levels. Public boat launch nearby (decals for boat launch area at town office) so plenty of room for the boat or launch a kayak. Large dining area, laundry room with nice size washer/dryer and front and screened back porch. This is a great home for enjoyable island living. Dog only, 2 dog limit. $ 75 non-refundable pet fee.
