Welcome to House by the Sea! This charming home welcomes up to 8 guests plus your furry friend. Featuring a large unfenced yard and two levels of beach fun for the whole family! You will find two spacious bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry room on the first level. The second level offers access to the enclosed sunroom/deck, as well as the comfy living area, charming kitchen, and 3rd bedroom! Conveniently, only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. We hope to see you soon!
*This property has been newly furnished (all new beds, dining area). It has a new sofa on the sunroom porch and new floors on the main floor. There are also TV’s in every bedroom and a large TV in the family room. *

Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner’s taste. Please Read – General House Rules and Fees Reminder
A complete copy of all rules can be found in your rental contract and on our website. If any fees on this list are incurred they will be processed and charged to the credit card we have on file.
NO Events & NO parties! You will be subject to immediate eviction with NO REFUND! There is also a $500 fee plus any damages to the property.
Please park in driveways only! You are subject to being towed and/or charged for any necessary repairs from damage to yard/landscaping.
Please use beach access paths. Do NOT walk through private yards.
Please do not set AC below 70° and do not set heat above 68°
ALL of our properties are NON-SMOKING of ANY kind! This includes smoking in enclosed game rooms, garages, outdoor kitchens and cabanas. There is a $250 fee for smoking.
Please SHAKE THE SAND from clothing/towels outside before washing/drying. There is a $150 service fee if sand is found to be the cause of a clogged motor or line in washing machine and/or dryer.
Please do not move the furniture! There will be a $100 fee to move it back to its original placement.
Please rinse off sand/dirt BEFORE entering Pools/Hot Tubs to help keep them clean. Pets are not permitted in pools/hot tubs. No glass or anything that can tear pool liner…pool liner replacement cost is in the $2000 range.
We pay for 2 pool/hot tub services for weekly stays, once on Saturday and the second on Wednesday or Thursday. If you want an extra cleaning you may schedule it with our office, the charge is $100.
Take ALL of your trash out on trash days, Tuesday and Saturday, by 7:30am May – Sept 15. Tuesday only September 16 – April 30. There is an excessive trash removal fee of $200.
PETS: If you are found to have a pet in a non-pet-friendly home this is grounds for immediate eviction with NO refund. Also, if you have a pet in a pet-friendly home and have not paid the pet fee a $400 fee will apply. Please clean up after your pets…there is an excessive pet waste removal fee of $150.
Please leave the home you are renting in a respectable condition for the cleaning crew. There is an excessive cleaning fee of $150.
We cannot accommodate late check-outs and will charge $100 for any property that is not vacated by 10am.
General Check Out Procedures:
Take all trash to trash cans/trash chutes. Load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle. Please leave all bed linens ON the beds, housekeeping will strip beds upon their arrival. Please put all towels in one pile near the front door. Please remove all food items! Please close and lock all windows and doors.
