The stainless steel full kitchen makes planning and preparing home-cooked meals easy, and there is plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and the dining table. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. Each TV has Philo TV; other streaming services are only with guests’ own accounts. For a $150 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a key fob to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by the property manager at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
