An additional upstairs living area offers flexible home entertainment and added comfort, including a sectional and another smart TV. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Inviting coastal decor helps set the tone for your stay, while everyday essentials – including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your laundry – provide carefree home convenience. For your entertainment, a cornhole set is provided in the garage and a collection of classic board games can be found in the cabinet in the upstairs living area. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Cable service is only available downstairs. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). For a $125 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
