Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Salt Pond community charges guests directly for amenity passes to use their amenities. The fees are $50 per person (16 and over) for a 7 day pass or $25 per person (16 and over) for a 3 day pass. This must be purchased from the community Monday-Friday with a check. They do not accept any other payment methods. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
