This spacious, light-filled getaway’s main level is home to a living area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that provide a multitude of natural light. There is also a formal dining area with seating for 14, with six at the kitchen table and seating for eight at the dining room table, a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven, and informal oceanfront dining. All four bedrooms are primary suites, including one that covers the entire top floor. This suite has access to a private balcony and ladder to a crows’ nest with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises. The screened deck area has electric screens that can be raised or lowered. Additionally, a large deck runs the length of the house and boasts ocean views. The well-appointed den on the entry level has h two bar stools, a large sofa, a full bathroom, and a TV. Cable is not provided. The fireplaces are not operational. Dogs must be leashed at all times in the community and between 8 am to 5:30 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please clean up after your dog, including on the beach. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
