Our strategy is to offer property owners and managers the opportunity to provide travelers with an optimum experience. By making online booking safe, fast, and effective, VAMP creates a consistent and reliable platform for vacationers to use again and again.
You are expected to adhere to the rules below when listing your property on our Site.
Checkout: Process all bookings through the VAMP checkout portal. You are not permitted to direct travelers to book outside of the VAMP checkout portal.
Acceptance: Accept a material number of booking requests. Excessive rejection of bookings will decrease projected revenue.
Service Animals: Property owners must accommodate travelers with service animals.
Cancellations: Do not cancel a material number of confirmed reservations. Cancellations may have an effect on your income as well as cause a disappointing experience for your travelers.
Calendar: Maintain an accurate calendar of all confirmed bookings. This is imperative and will save both you and travelers time. Travelers will not submit requests for unavailable dates, and you will not need to respond to such requests.
Listings: Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings for all available properties. You may not use one listing to drive bookings for multiple unlisted properties.
These rules are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Any violations of them will be deemed a violation of our Terms and Conditions, which may result in penalties including without limitation removing or disabling your ability to receive inquiries, removal from searches, and/or removal from the VAMP site altogether without reimbursement.
